Resonant Energy Maintenance Subscription Service

While solar is generally low-maintenance since there are no moving parts, occasionally, equipment can break down and affect electricity production. Through our subscription monitoring and maintenance services, clients can rest easy knowing that their system is regularly monitored for production changes. When issues arise, our O&M team promptly alerts customers and works with them to remotely resolve the issue or schedule an in-person site visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our plan includes proactive monitoring of the solar system output and remote troubleshooting from our O&M team. Support is available Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm via our dedicated helpline. Our team also provides formal production reports for the first 3 months and annually thereafter. If any onsite labor is necessary, O&M subscribers receive discounted hourly rates. Our team will help coordinate ordering replacement equipment and submitting warranty claims.

  • Our monitoring service is priced based on system size. Onsite labor is priced at an hourly rate (provided in the contract) and building owners are responsible for paying for any replacement equipment that is not under warranty.

  • No, we offer hourly rates for remote troubleshooting and onsite labor. Subscribers benefit from discounts on these hourly rates and proactive monitoring minimizes system downtime and lost production.

  • Building owners will be responsible for any labor and equipment costs associated with repairs.  If you are subscribed to our monitoring and maintenance plan, there is no need to check your monitoring portal regularly, we will let you know if there are any irregularities.

  • Yes! We charge a one-time onboarding fee but we are happy to also provide monitoring and maintenance support for your legacy solar systems.
