Isaac Baker
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Isaac has over 5 years of experience developing clean energy projects and programs with impact investment in underserved markets. Prior to Resonant, Isaac co-founded a biogas development start-up, served as the founding Vice President of Co-op Power’s community solar division where he piloted new financial models for nonprofit and low-income solar, and authored a chapter in Energy Democracy: Advancing Equity in Clean Energy Solutions (2017). Isaac brings expertise in community organizing, project finance, and team building to the work today. As a student at Middlebury College, Isaac worked on an award winning, net-zero, solar powered home as part of the US DOE Solar Decathlon, organized around fossil fuel divestment, and earned his BA in Environmental Studies & Writing.
Ben Underwood
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Ben has over five years’ experience developing renewable energy projects, including five community scale anaerobic digestion (AD) projects in Kathmandu, Nepal, and a commercial scale AD project in Kunming, China. Before founding Resonant, Ben co-founded an AD development startup with Isaac Baker, and served with Baker as one of the founding VPs of Co-op Power’s community solar program. Ben has received grants for project development from Davis Projects for Peace and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, and was a Fulbright Scholar in 2014. He received his BA from Bennington College.
Madeleine Barr
VP of Outreach & Sales, Co-Founder
Madeleine comes to Resonant Energy with an expertise in community-based outreach strategy and partnership development. She has managed community-wide campaigns to promote rapid adoption of energy efficiency measures and clean energy solutions including residential solar panels and electric vehicles. In addition, Madeleine has professional experience in environmental education, social media, traditional marketing, and non-profit development. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Brandeis University.
Alec Henry
VP of Operations, Co-Founder
Alec is a versatile solar project manager with a background in architecture. In addition to directly managing commercial projects, Alec oversees our design strategy and project analysis team. Before his work at Resonant Energy, Alec worked as Marketing Director and Design Staff for LTL Architects in New York City, and as a Project Coordinator for Prospect Park in Brooklyn. Before that, he graduated from Wesleyan University where he completed a thesis in Architecture and received a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Mathematics.
Sarah Briggette
Director of Project Development, Employee Owner
Sarah brings a diverse professional background to the Resonant team, which includes her experience working with a local non-profit, the Quincy Climate Action Network, and a previous leadership role with an industry-leading international freight-forwarder, Ally Global Logistics. Sarah has a demonstrated history of success in process refinement, data analysis, and team leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Eastern Nazarene College, where she conducted her thesis on community awareness of the federal and state solar incentives that are displayed through Solarize Massachusetts programs.
Greg Coppola
Senior Project Manager
Greg comes to Resonant Energy with public and private sector experience in building energy efficiency and regulatory compliance. Previously, Greg managed the environmental compliance strategies for a salt company with offices across six states. Additionally he spent a year providing administrative support to the Energy Affordability and Equity Team with the management of two million dollar funded low-to-moderate income programs at NYSERDA. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Northeastern University and a Green Associate Certification from LEED. Greg has published several pieces analyzing the implications of state and federal sustainability incentive policies on local communities.
Genevieve Quirion
Senior Project Manager, Employee Owner
Gen comes to Resonant Energy with a range of experience in environmental compliance and nonprofit work. She previously worked in environmental affairs administration at the University of California, San Diego, where she contributed to overseeing hazardous materials management as well as air and water pollution control. Gen recently graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Human Evolutionary Biology and a secondary in Energy and Environment. While at Harvard, she worked as finance assistant at the university’s largest nonprofit organization and co-captained the varsity women’s rugby team.
Priyanka Gopinath
Senior Project Analyst, Employee Owner
Priyanka recently received her Masters in Energy and Environmental analysis from Boston University, where she also developed professional skills in environmental education. Priyanka uses her research in solar policy to help Resonant Energy contribute to the clean energy transition for underinvested communities. Priyanka received her BA in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Geography from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Leonard Schloer
Senior Business Development Manager
Leonard brings a diverse professional background to the outreach team at Resonant Energy. He has more than four years of experience in client-facing roles in life-care, technology, and hospitality industries. Previously he worked as Business Development Manager for a Dutch technology company focused on elder care. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont's Sustainable Innovation MBA program and holds a BA in Studio Art from Pitzer College.
Jim Bauer
Business Development Manager
Jim has more than four years of experience as a sustainability consultant and solar project developer, working on a wide variety and range of projects. Having previously worked with the Resonant business development team educating new nonprofits and businesses on their solar options, he is excited to transition to working with the team's engineering and financing partners to implement projects. Parent of two and grandparent of three, he is dedicated to making the world a better place for all of those who follow. Prior to working in renewable energy, Jim was a professional composer and musician. He received his BA degree in Music Theory and Composition from Haverford College.
Keegan Dougherty
Affordable Solar Account Manager
Keegan is a mission-driven account manager with a background in nonprofit development and environmental sustainability. Keegan works directly with our affordable housing clients to help them achieve their financial and sustainability goals. Prior to joining Resonant, Keegan worked for an influential environmental research nonprofit called the Earthwatch Institute for 8 years. His work has taken him around the world to study a wide range of environmental problems, from rhino anti-poaching efforts to toxic emissions from volcanoes. Keegan holds a BSc in Geology from Boston College.
Colby Lawless
Account Coordinator
Colby is a Massachusetts native residing in Jamaica Plain. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a major in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability with a focus in Renewable Energy. She has worked in the solar industry for 3 years and is eagerly joining the Resonant Energy team as an Account Coordinator. On the side she volunteers for ClimateRoots, a newsletter that creates a space for young adults to share their research and reflections about climate change. Outside of work, Colby loves yoga, painting, bouldering, being outside, and petting every dog she meets on the street.
Rachel Gentile
Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Employee Owner
Rachel is a recent graduate of Boston University where she completed a B.S. in Communications and a B.A. in Earth and Environmental Science. She brings previous solar experience from her internship at the Solar Energy Industries Association in Washington, D.C., where she drafted outreach materials reporting new research and lobbying for the extension of the solar Investment Tax Credit. In addition to clean energy, Rachel also has experience providing communications expertise in the education and finance sectors.
Adekolapo Adegboyega
Project Manager
Adekolapo is a seasoned project manager with a diverse background in both traditional and agile methodologies. With a wealth of experience in industries such as IT, Mining, International development, and the Green economy, he brings valuable expertise to the Resonant team. Adekolapo holds an MBA from the University of Lincoln and a BSc in Economics from the esteemed Bowen University. With his extensive knowledge and skills, he is well-equipped to handle projects of various complexities and deliver successful outcomes.
Connor Hannan
Project Manager
Connor is a New York transplant with a passion for sustainability. He comes to Resonant with a background in urban agriculture and city planning, Before joining the Resonant team, Connor gained experience managing farm installations throughout Greater Boston. Connor received his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Buffalo.
Jacqui Podolski
Project Manager
Jacqui is a mission-driven professional with a passion for sustainability. She comes to Resonant with a background in sustainable agriculture and product management. Jacqui graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a Geoscience concentration and Macroeconomics minor from Northeastern University.
Savannah Bowling
Project Coordinator
Savannah is a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire. She has a B.S. in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability with a focus on natural resources.
Will Shepard
Project Analysis Coordinator
Will comes to Resonant with a background in nonprofit and environmental policy work. A graduate of Bennington College with a B.A. in Ecology and Environmental Science, he has realigned his analytical skills to help tackle the clean energy transition and increase solar access for all. Previously, Will spent years as a sea kayaking guide in coastal Alaska. Having witnessed the dramatic retreat of the area’s glaciers, he feels compelled to help others dedicated to addressing climate change by bringing affordable renewable energy to those who need it.
Jean St. Dick
Project Analysis Coordinator
Jean comes to Resonant Energy with a variety of experience in residential energy efficiency and environmental compliance. At the start of his professional career, he worked as a Home Energy Auditor conducting residential energy audits relating to the Mass Save program. Pivoting away from his most recent work as an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant, Jean reignites his solar passion by bringing his analytical skills to help with the clean energy transition. He acquired a B.A in Engineering and a B.A in Environmental Studies from Brown University and a Green Associate Certification from LEED.
Kit TeSelle
Project Analysis Coordinator
Kit is a recent graduate from Boston University with a B.A. in Environmental Analysis and Policy. Their solar experience comes from various in-school projects as well as an internship with Boston-based solar marketplace, EnergySage. They spent two years with The Urban Garden Initiative educating minority youth about climate change and environmentalism in the community which has driven their passion for equal access to environmental education and clean energy resources for all.
Seun Aribo
Sr. People and Operations Manager
Seun is a seasoned operations professional with roots in Nigeria and a cultural upbringing in the US. He has years of professional experience in the hotel and service design industries. His academic journey led him to Suffolk University, where he earned his Master's degree in Finance, complementing his strong foundation in Business Management from his undergraduate studies. At the core of Seun's professional ethos are his deeply ingrained values. Empathy, accountability, and seeking knowledge are fundamental principles that underscores his professional integrity.
